Sage has wide-ranging experience creating impactful and sustainable programs. We also take new nonprofit ventures from idea to fully functioning organizations. We have helped multiple philanthropists create and ensure the success of programs dear to their hearts.
Our founder is steeped in client-led program development. She also has extensive DEI and rural experience. She specializes in reaching the most marginalized populations and making programs both accessible and enjoyable for those who need them most.
With executive management experience, Sage can be counted upon to use start up funds wisely and create financially sustainable programs. Our team is capable of conducting community needs assessments and collecting client-generated information to inform targeted program design.

Sample Programs
TLC Sanctuary is a new horse and farm rescue organization in rural Northern Arizona. Sage provided full start-up services to make a big-hearted philanthropist’s dreams come true and fulfil a need in the community.
After being told that it was impossible to provide mentoring services to homeless children, our lead consultant went on a mission to create a workable program. She interviewed experts across the nation, and came back to the sponsoring organization with a program recognized as a national model by the US Department of Health an Human Services and three years of full funding.
We provided temporary support to the Sedona-Oak Creek School District and founding philanthropists in creating a free after-school program. In a matter of months the program had a certified teacher, budget, plan, policies, and full funding for the next year.
We created a mobile spay-neuter clinic to reach rural, low-income pet owners, providing everything from van design, vet staffing, financial plan, and full funding.
Working with area unions, our lead consultant created a workforce development training program that took residents from homeless to mid-level income in a matter of months.
